An introduction to the Pause Platform
45 minutes of 1:1 with Suzanne to overview the People’s Pause approach to mindfulness and experience the basic drop in practice. Get a flavor for yoga based mindfulness and decide for yourself!
15 Minutes of Guided Personal Practice
Short Burst phone practice with Suzanne. Pick as many as you like, as often as you like, to craft a personal program of ongoing support. $50. Per session
Single Session Pause Instruction
Spend 60 minutes with Suzanne and uncover your body’s natural reset physiology. Each session includes a “neuroscience nugget”, practice in diaphragmatic breathing, and a specific Pause practice from the ToolKit. The session concludes with action planning to capture your personal Pauseworthy Moments. Tap the Power of the Pause, one breath at a time. $125. Per session
Private Instruction, ToolKit and ToolKit Audio Series
This DIY+ package includes a single session of Pause instruction, the pause ToolKit of 10 breath intervention practices, and the ToolKit Audio Series of coordinating short burst pause practices. Everything you need to execute your own pause strategy!
8 Weeks of Applied Mindfulness Instruction
Making mindful awareness a part of your everyday experience requires time and practice. This “high touch” program provides all the support you need, including weekly skills instruction with Suzanne, a fresh pause focus every week, and ongoing support between sessions (audio, email, text). Together, we craft an implementation and practice plan that fits the unique requirements of your personal life.
8 weeks of Pause plus Yoga Based Mindfulness
This format combines weekly instruction on applied pause practices with customized personal delivery of a weekly session of Integrative Restoration. This personal development program combines daily short burst practices with the deeper experience reclining yoga-based meditation.
